Module 1 / Fundamentals

Together we set up a realistic goal and prepare ourselves carefully for the intensive six-month process. Security, stability, personal responsibility and trust are the foundations. We are already working on the first topics and you will receive valuable information and tools, for example on structural and presence work, family order, universal laws, self-stabilisation and self-regulation.

Module 2 / Mind

By dissolving blocking beliefs, programming and old entanglements, we clear the way for a clear mind. With the alignment to the blueprint or to the pure divine, the focus on the good as well as the conscious choice of words and thoughts, you manifest the desired result. We pass on the most suitable tools for you from our numerous training courses so that you are (also) fully supported in independently integrating the new into your everyday life.

Module 3 / Body

The main part is about activating and accepting the intelligence of the body as well as its self-healing power, self-love, inner child and trauma work, the importance of forgiveness and respecting and honouring ancestors and descendants. Consciously perceiving and feeling one's own feelings opens up a whole new depth. You experience first hand what transformation or metamorphosis means.

Module 4 / Consciousness

Through the conscious perception and recognition of previous thought and behavioural patterns, in connection with the acquired knowledge from modules 1 - 3, ever more concrete changes can now take place in everyday life. You take a leap in consciousness and fully recognise yourself as the creator of your own life. You let go with ease of what no longer serves you (consciously stepping out of the perpetrator, victim, saviour game) and consciously choose what is good for you.

Module 5 / Integration

In the integration phase, you live and enjoy the changes and the resulting increase in trust. We celebrate together and welcome the new you. Integration and individual conclusion.

I will support you through your individual process of self-healing and transformation for a period of six months.

The 'Awareness Brings Healing' programme is structured in modules and addresses your issues in a completely individualised and holistic way. It is a natural process that you will undergo over a period of six months, based on five modules. I will hold the loving space and support you during and, if necessary, between sessions so that you can immerse yourself in your processes safely and strengthened. I'm happy to share my experiences, knowledge and specific 'everyday tools' with you, always in the spirit of the most ideal individual 'help for self-help'. I address the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of your concerns equally and also include the levels of your consciousness in the solution and processing. We keep the focus on recognising and resolving the true cause, thus creating the basis for stable, sustainable and self-determined change. I look forward to supporting you in leading a completely healthy, happy and loving life in a completely individual way.
